Do I need to be technical to use CoachOnline?
Our step-by-step videos are designed for non-techie people. Just follow the instructions and you will be able to update the template with your own content. But you do need to be ready to roll up your sleeves and follow the steps diligently. Any new system takes a little getting used to, but if you have all your info and images ready, it's possible to do it in less than a day just following along our videos.
Is there support if I get stuck?
Sure, if you have any difficulty with updating your template as instructed, we offer email support within 1 business day, as well as a live weekly office hours session to come and ask for help. We'll also be checking in with you a couple of times in the first couple of weeks to see how you are getting on, and whether we can help you.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
After your purchase you will receive an email with a link to start your CoachOnline account. That's when your 14-day guarantee begins. We encourage you to start your account as soon as possible, and begin working your way through the step-by-step videos.
If by the end of the 14-day period, you have not upgraded your account, have decided not to proceed, and want to close your account, we will give you a full refund, less any bank processing fees. (Typically 1.5-2.5%.)
If you are not ready to subscribe to a plan yet, but want to keep your template until you are ready, that's fine, you can take your time. However the template fee will not be refundable after the first 14 days.
What if I want to build extra pages?
If you are on the Solopreneur plan, you can add up to 100 pages and build your own funnels. The helpdesk videos will guide you. In the unlikely event that anything does not work as described, contact us via support. If you need specific consulting advice or a done-for-you service for your own bespoke set-up, please contact us for quote.
Can I upgrade/downgrade anytime?
Yes, you will be able to to do so via your billing options any time, and it will change after your current billing period ends. Please note that any premium features like quiz/subscriptions added while on the Solopreneur plan will no longer work on your site if you downgrade to a lower plan.
